Hooprise may store gameplay information on your device, such as your high score, current settings, and other local progress needed to preserve the arcade experience between sessions.

In the version covered by this policy, CALDECOTT PROPERTY SALES & LETTINGS LIMITED does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, or share your Hooprise scores, streaks, settings, or other gameplay information. The game does not require an account.

Hooprise does not contain advertising, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, or cross-app tracking in the version covered by this policy.

Hooprise does not require sensitive Android permissions for its core swipe-and-shoot gameplay. Its core functionality can be used without an internet connection.

You can remove locally stored Hooprise information by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Because the gameplay information described here is not transmitted to us, we do not keep a server-side copy to delete.

Hooprise is a general entertainment product. It is not designed to collect personal information from children, and the version described by this policy does not transmit player progress to us.

Keeping gameplay progress on the device reduces unnecessary data transmission. Device security, backups, and access controls are managed through your device and operating-system settings.

If Hooprise's data practices change, this Privacy Policy may be updated so it accurately reflects the released version of the game. The effective date above will be revised when appropriate.
